Nikko and I cannot express in appropriate words our disappointment in California, as a whole (not counting San Francisco on account of it being not an accurate representation of the United States) for its grievous affront to human civil rights. I mean, what the FUCK is up with Proposition 8 passing? With the issue of homosexual marriage even being a debate?? Isn't it the civil rights of human beings to have their relationships treated like actual, goddamned, relationships? In fifty years fourth graders learning about civil rights are going to laugh at this like we used to laugh at racially segregated bathrooms. Its that ridiculous! I am disappointed in my state, in my country, and considering asking Canada to annex the city of San Francisco. At least there you can marry a pie. Or a goat. Or so I hear.
